class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Anodiseren is een elektrolytisch passiveringsproces dat de natuurlijke oxidelaag op aluminium onderdelen doet groeien voor bescherming tegen slijtage en corrosie, maar ook voor cosmetische effecten. Het is een conversielaag, vergelijkbaar met alodine, wat betekent dat het oppervlak van het aluminium dimensionaal terugloopt voordat de beschermende oxidelaag wordt opgebouwd. Nadat het proces is voltooid, vormt de oxidelaag een integraal geheel met het aluminiumsubstraat eronder, wat betekent dat de laag niet zal afschilferen of afschilferen.<\/p><p>De naam anodiseren komt van het feit dat het behandelde onderdeel een anode (positieve elektrode) vormt in een elektrisch circuit. Tijdens dit proces wordt het te anodiseren onderdeel aan een geleidend rek gehangen en ondergedompeld in een elektrolytische oplossing, waar een gelijkstroom van elektriciteit wordt ge\u00efntroduceerd. Terwijl de zuurgraad van de oplossing de oxidelaag van het onderdeel oplost, laat de elektrische stroom zuurstof vrij aan het oppervlak, waardoor een beschermende laag aluminiumoxide wordt opgebouwd. Door de oplossnelheid in evenwicht te brengen met de opbouwsnelheid vormt de oxidelaag nanopori\u00ebn, waardoor de coating verder kan groeien dan van nature mogelijk is.<\/p><p>De laatste stappen van het anodiseerproces bestaan uit het afdichten van de nanopori\u00ebn. Anders zijn ze de perfecte doorgangen voor het initi\u00ebren van corrosie! Vlak voor het afdichten worden ze soms gevuld met andere corrosieremmers of gekleurde kleurstoffen voor cosmetische doeleinden. Als je specifieke gebieden wilt maskeren of afdoppen, stuur dan een tekening mee.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Onderdelen zonder gaten worden aan geleidende rekken gehangen met veerklemmen, draadwikkelen of andere methodes, waardoor er kleine gebieden zonder anodisatie achterblijven die bekend staan als 'rekmerken'. Dit type staat echter ook bekend als hard of hardcoat anodiseren, omdat de beschermende oxidelaag dikker moet zijn dan 0,001\", waarbij soms coatings tot 0,004\" worden aangebracht.<\/p><p>Hoewel de dikkere coating van Type III een onderdeel een betere fysieke bescherming biedt, gaat dit gepaard met een aantal nadelen:<\/p><p><strong>Verhoogde kosten<\/strong><\/p><p>Om de oxidelaag te laten groeien tot een consistente en gespecificeerde dikte is veel meer procescontrole nodig dan bij Type II. Dit, naast de lagere temperaturen en veel hogere voltages die nodig zijn om het proces uit te voeren, zorgt ervoor dat de kosten van dit proces hoger zijn dan bij Type II Anodiseren.<\/p><p><strong>Invloed op toleranties<\/strong><\/p><p>Een tweede nadeel van Type III is de grotere zorg die moet worden besteed om ervoor te zorgen dat onderdelen binnen de gespecificeerde toleranties blijven.
