class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L'anodizzazione \u00e8 un processo di passivazione elettrolitica che fa crescere lo strato di ossido naturale sulle parti in alluminio per proteggerle dall'usura e dalla corrosione, oltre che per effetti estetici. Si tratta di un rivestimento di conversione, simile all'alodine, il che significa che la superficie dell'alluminio arretra dimensionalmente prima che si formi lo strato di ossido protettivo. Al termine del processo, lo strato di ossido \u00e8 parte integrante del substrato di alluminio sottostante, quindi non si scheggia n\u00e9 si sfalda.<\/p><p>Il nome anodizzazione deriva dal fatto che il pezzo trattato costituisce un anodo (elettrodo positivo) in un circuito elettrico. Durante questo processo, il pezzo da anodizzare viene appeso a una rastrelliera conduttiva e immerso in una soluzione elettrolitica, dove viene introdotta una corrente elettrica continua. Mentre l'acidit\u00e0 della soluzione dissolve lo strato di ossido del pezzo, la corrente elettrica rilascia ossigeno sulla sua superficie, che forma uno strato protettivo di ossido di alluminio. Bilanciando la velocit\u00e0 di dissoluzione con quella di accumulo, lo strato di ossido si forma con nanopori, consentendo una crescita continua del rivestimento al di l\u00e0 di quanto naturalmente possibile.<\/p><p>Le fasi finali del processo di anodizzazione prevedono la sigillatura dei nanopori. Altrimenti, sono i passaggi perfetti per l'innesco della corrosione! Prima di essere sigillati, tuttavia, vengono talvolta riempiti con altri inibitori della corrosione o coloranti a scopo estetico.
