Die Chromatierungsbeschichtung, besser bekannt als Chem-Film oder unter ihrem Markennamen Alodine, ist eine chemische Beschichtung, die Aluminium passiviert und vor Korrosion sch\u00fctzt. Sie wird auch als Basisschicht vor der Grundierung und Lackierung von Teilen verwendet. Die in technischen Anwendungen am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete Norm ist MIL-DTL-5541F, die sich speziell auf die Beschichtung von Aluminiumlegierungen bezieht.<\/p>

Diese Schutzschicht ist viel d\u00fcnner als eine Eloxalschicht, und w\u00e4hrend beide durch Eintauchen der Teile in ein Bad entstehen, ist Alodine eine einfache chemische Beschichtung, bei der kein elektrischer Strom verwendet wird.<\/p>

Alodine ist ein etwas kosteng\u00fcnstigeres Verfahren als das Eloxieren, allerdings ist es anf\u00e4lliger f\u00fcr Kratzer, Abnutzung und kosmetische Sch\u00e4den. Die gebr\u00e4uchlichste Farbe der Beschichtung ist ein schillerndes Gr\u00fcn-Gold, weshalb sie auch f\u00fcr kosmetische Zwecke verwendet werden kann. Diese Farbe stammt jedoch von sechswertigem Chrom, das giftig ist. Um die RoHS-Richtlinien einzuhalten, gibt es daher auch klare Versionen der Beschichtung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
