data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Eloxieren ist ein elektrolytisches Passivierungsverfahren, bei dem die nat\u00fcrliche Oxidschicht auf Aluminiumteilen zum Schutz vor Verschlei\u00df und Korrosion sowie f\u00fcr kosmetische Effekte w\u00e4chst. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Umwandlungsbeschichtung, \u00e4hnlich wie bei Alodine, was bedeutet, dass die Oberfl\u00e4che des Aluminiums dimensionsm\u00e4\u00dfig zur\u00fcckgeht, bevor die sch\u00fctzende Oxidschicht aufgebaut wird. Nach Abschluss des Prozesses ist die Oxidschicht fest mit dem darunter liegenden Aluminiumsubstrat verbunden, was bedeutet, dass sie nicht abplatzt oder abbl\u00e4ttern kann.<\/p><p>Der Name Eloxieren kommt daher, dass das behandelte Teil eine Anode (positive Elektrode) in einem Stromkreis bildet. Bei diesem Verfahren wird das zu eloxierende Teil auf ein leitf\u00e4higes Gestell geh\u00e4ngt und in eine elektrolytische L\u00f6sung getaucht, in die ein elektrischer Gleichstrom eingeleitet wird. W\u00e4hrend der S\u00e4uregehalt der L\u00f6sung die Oxidschicht des Teils aufl\u00f6st, setzt der elektrische Strom Sauerstoff an der Oberfl\u00e4che frei, der eine Schutzschicht aus Aluminiumoxid bildet. Durch ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Aufl\u00f6sungsrate und Aufbaurate bildet sich die Oxidschicht mit Nanoporen, die ein weiteres Wachstum der Beschichtung \u00fcber das nat\u00fcrlich m\u00f6gliche Ma\u00df hinaus erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p><p>In den letzten Schritten des Eloxalverfahrens werden die Nanoporen versiegelt. Andernfalls sind sie die perfekten Durchg\u00e4nge f\u00fcr den Beginn von Korrosion! Kurz vor dem Versiegeln werden sie jedoch manchmal mit anderen Korrosionsschutzmitteln oder Farbstoffen f\u00fcr kosmetische Zwecke gef\u00fcllt.
