Kromatkonverteringsbel\u00e6gning, mere almindeligt kendt som kemifilm eller under navnet Alodine, er en kemisk bel\u00e6gning, der passiverer og beskytter aluminium mod korrosion. Den bruges ogs\u00e5 som basislag f\u00f8r grunding og maling af dele. Den standard, der oftest specificeres i tekniske anvendelser, er MIL-DTL-5541F, som specifikt henviser til bel\u00e6gning af aluminiumslegeringer.<\/p>

Dette beskyttende lag er meget tyndere end et anodiseringslag, og selvom begge skabes ved at neds\u00e6nke delene i et bad, er Alodine en simpel kemisk bel\u00e6gning, og processen bruger ikke elektrisk str\u00f8m.<\/p>

Alodin er en lidt billigere proces end anodisering, men den er mere udsat for ridser, slitage og kosmetiske skader. Den mest almindelige farve p\u00e5 bel\u00e6gningen er en iriserende gr\u00f8nlig-guld, og derfor kan den ogs\u00e5 bruges til kosmetiske form\u00e5l. Denne farve kommer dog fra hexavalent krom, som er giftigt, s\u00e5 for at overholde RoHS findes der ogs\u00e5 klare versioner af bel\u00e6gningen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
